Traditional retail economics make around-the-clock operation unviable for most operators. Three staff shifts, seven days a week, for floor space generating RM600–800 in daily sales — the numbers never work. So stores close at 10 p.m. Residents in high-density developments go without.
We looked at this differently. Strip out the labour cost. Replace shift workers with a proprietary technology stack — card and QR entry, automated restocking, proprietary self-checkout, and intelligent surveillance. What remains is a store that operates 24 hours a day at a fraction of the cost, with the full experience of a curated convenience store.
