1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Sesame Mart stores operated by Aplikasi Kebun Sdn. Bhd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By entering a Sesame Mart store, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not enter or use our stores.

2. Store Access

Access to Sesame Mart stores requires a valid bank card tap or WhatsApp QR scan at the entrance. You must be the authorised holder of the payment method used to gain entry. Sharing access credentials or allowing unauthorised persons to enter is strictly prohibited.

3. Permitted Use

You may enter Sesame Mart stores solely for the purpose of browsing and purchasing available products using our self-checkout POS system. All purchases must be paid for in full before leaving the store.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Shoplifting or leaving the store with unpaid merchandise.
• Tampering with, disabling, or obstructing any security camera, POS system, entry system, or other equipment.
• Allowing other persons to enter through your access without authorisation.
• Causing damage to store property or merchandise.
• Using the store for any unlawful purpose.
• Harassment or threatening behaviour towards staff or other customers.

5. Surveillance Notice

All Sesame Mart locations are under continuous AI-powered video surveillance. By entering the store, you consent to being recorded. Footage may be reviewed in the event of a security incident, dispute, or as required by law enforcement.

6. Disputes and Incident Resolution

All purchase disputes, overcharges, or incident reports must be submitted to support@sesamemart.com within 7 days of the occurrence. We will review CCTV footage and transaction records and respond within 5 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Aplikasi Kebun Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our stores, including but not limited to loss of personal property left on premises. We are not responsible for losses arising from system downtime, payment processing errors by third-party providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Product Availability and Pricing

Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. All prices displayed in-store are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to withdraw or restrict any product at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and content associated with Sesame Mart are the property of Aplikasi Kebun Sdn. Bhd. and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our stores constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
